By using this website or purchasing a coaching service or product from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Lesley Ryder Coaching provides life coaching and personal development services, including one-to-one coaching programmes and related resources.
My coaching may incorporate approaches including Strategic Intervention, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and other coaching and personal-development techniques.
Coaching is intended to support personal development, confidence, clarity, mindset and emotional wellbeing.
Coaching is not medical or psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, counselling or a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, you should contact an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.
Coaching is a collaborative process and results will vary from person to person.
I do not guarantee any particular outcome, including a specific level of confidence, reduction in anxiety or overwhelm, personal development result, business result, financial result or other outcome.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions and results.
When you purchase a coaching programme, you will be provided with information about the programme, including the price, duration, number of sessions and what is included.
Coaching sessions will take place at the agreed date and time and may be delivered online using the platform specified at the time of booking.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Any programme-specific cancellation or rescheduling arrangements will be explained when you book.
If you do not attend a scheduled session, or repeatedly cancel at very short notice, the session may be treated as used where this is permitted by the terms of your programme and applicable law.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
If you purchase coaching services online as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under UK consumer law, subject to applicable exceptions.
If you ask me to begin providing the coaching service during this 14-day cancellation period, I may require your express request to do so.
If you then cancel after the service has started, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service that has already been provided, where permitted by law.
Where an exception to the statutory cancellation period applies, this will be explained to you before or at the time of purchase where required.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
Digital products and downloadable resources supplied by Lesley Ryder Coaching are provided for your personal use unless otherwise stated.
You must not:
resell or commercially distribute the materials;
copy or reproduce the materials for commercial use;
share paid materials with others;
upload or distribute the materials online;
claim the materials or content as your own.
All intellectual property rights remain with Lesley Ryder Coaching or the relevant rights holder.
Where a digital product is supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge any effect this may have on your statutory cancellation rights.
Prices for coaching services and digital products will be displayed on the website or provided to you before purchase.
Payments made through the website are processed securely by Stripe.
I do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
Where another payment method has been specifically agreed with you in advance, payment instructions will be provided separately.
All content on this website and materials provided by Lesley Ryder Coaching, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, worksheets, programmes, exercises and downloadable resources, are owned by Lesley Ryder Coaching or used with permission.
You may use materials purchased from me for your own personal use.
You must not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit my materials without my written permission.
I respect the confidential nature of information you share with me during coaching.
I will not normally disclose information you provide to me to another person unless:
you give permission;
I am legally required to do so;
disclosure is necessary for a lawful purpose; or
there is a serious safeguarding or safety concern where disclosure is appropriate or required.
Please be aware that no method of electronic communication or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for deciding whether coaching is suitable for you.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and choices during and after coaching.
Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional, including medical, psychological, financial, legal or other specialist advice.
I make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date.
However, website content is provided for general information and personal-development purposes and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial or other specialist professional advice.
I aim to keep this website available and functioning properly, but I cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from errors.
